Ghost electrical problem

I have a1987 Ford F250 4x4 with the 5 liter engine. I have something draining my battery when truck is off. I looked at it this afternoon and found the relay to injectors/Fuel/Fuel pump? system has power to it (same voltage reading as battery) ,even with the key off. The relay is attached to the back of the air filter box. I noticed it would click when I touched the positive cable to the battery post and key is off. Could this be draining my battery?

It is possible....You might try another relay
