I've been looking for the pass through wires in the cab for a couple of days with no success. I did find them in the engine compartment. As I was looking for an alternate way to run a wire since I had all but given up on finding the pass through wires, I lowered the glove compartment all the way down and pushing in the stops so the glove compartment lid hinged all the way down to the floor board. Low and behold, there were the pass through wires sitting there looking at me. This is a location I have not seen in any description from others saying where they are located.
So if you can't find them, open the glove box all the way up, you may get lucky and find them there.
At least on my 2022, they are behind the access panel - right side of passenger side floorboard. Just remove the fuse panel and they are right there. Really easy access.
Looks like the '22's have a little more wire. On my previous '20 F450, between the location and lack of wire, they were unusable. I have to run wire through a grommet on the firewall. Connection to the upfitter switches in the engine compartment was easy, the pass through wires were useless.
They truly did a good job on the 2024's hiding the passthrough wires inside the cab. Sharing my experience in hopes of saving others from the 5 hours I spent finding them. I've easily found them on two previous superduties models without an issue. Mine were tucked up and wrapped to the right of the fuse box under the glove box. The kick panel didn't provide access and it was below the glove box. They're unwrapped and showing in one of my photos but nearly impossible to see when wrapped and tucked. I circled in red where it was hidden.
Is this bundle where you make your connections to power the accessories you're adding?
Not quite. This bundle is a set of four wires that are pre run through the firewall. The other end is near the upfitter fuse box. You need to connect the end in the engine bay to an upfitter wire or another power source of your choosing.
