Sent a e-mail to this company in FL a week ago inquiring about rebuilding a power steering pump or buy a rebuilding kit never got an answer. Anyone have work done by them?

Yes I recently have had two items rebuilt by them, and was very pleased. I only had to communicate in person once and that went very well. You might have caught them at a busy time or maybe that isn't their favorite way of communicating since there are so many spam messages floating around. Try a phone call during regular business hours. I think you'll be happy with the work they do, and the price is fair.

I've had a carb rebuilt, and the whole precess went very well start to finish. I had occasion to call several times and was pleasantly surprised that the owner himself (Cowboy John) picks up the phone. John comes across as kind of an old school guy. Maybe e-mailing him is not the best way to get his attention. Good luck.

Agreed John rebuilt my 226 pump a few months back and great work. He may have something going on personal or family wise.
