Do you have power to all the accessories ? Have you tested the battery ?
What happens when you turn the key ? Do you get any clicking noises ?

Did this problem suddenly occur or has it been getting worse over time ?

Have you checked all your fuses ?

If the starter relay on the firewall doesn't "click" when the key is turned to START, that's not a problem with the starter. It's a problem with no signal getting from the ignition switch to the relay's small terminal.

Could be the power to the ignition switch, the switch, a fuse that's inline in the circuit, the DTR switch (if auto) or the clutch interlock switch (if manual), or any of the wiring in between.

It's really necessary to TEST instead of GUESS.

The dying did happen all the sudden yes and then it clicked for awhile but never started, but rhe click, yes just one stopped after the ignitions switch was installed. You still hear a small click when I turn the key but its very faint, i checked some of the fuses under the dash with the tester with a light on it some come on some don’t but it doesn’t seem like the ones that light doesn’t come on are bad by visually looking and Im not sure I know how to check the ones under the hood. Im not guessing on anything Im relying on the dudes at the auto parts stores and friends, who don’t know much apparently. So I’m using the resources I know that have knowledge and will steer me in the right way

Sounds like you have a working ignition switch and relay so the fuses are likely good too.

Are you sure the starter is wired up correctly ? Is this a rebuilt starter or new ? Motorcraft ?

I got it from Amazon not motiorcraft, so prolly rebuilt. I’m not sure about the wiring because I didn’t that myself. I did take photos of how it is wired. I do know this is the first on one I put on then when truck didn’t start after installing, which still a broken bolt from it, left there, i orders another one. It didn’t work either, with both of them i at lesst got that clunk sound when i tried to stet it. So we then replace the solenoid relay in the firewall, nothing, battery terminals, then the ignition switch, after that started when d hearing one little. Click. Was told that the flywheel was stuck in the starter. Whe replaced tha next thens solenoid on the starter. WI to lol hi hunt changed won’t ststf

I can't be sure from the photos. Assuming it is wired correctly and you have the right starter, have you tried starting in neutral ?

Is this automatic or manual shift ? The problem as mentioned by others could be the gearshift or clutch switch not engaging correctly.

I haven’t attempted to start it in neutral but I have purchased a new battery, still nothing. A few part changers not mechanics aka friends have said that my pulley in the alternator is magnetized and it shouldn’t be. Could the Evap canister solenoid be a problem or even the transmission sensor thing?

There are certain contacts that can be jumped on the Starter for troubleshooting. Both with key on and key off. But I am not comfortable sharing that information due to the fact it involves being under a vehicle with electricity and potentially moving parts. There are getting to be more and more repair shops and even dealerships that offer a flat fee diagnostic quote. Usually around $100 bucks. It sure beats tossing parts at it and going deeper down the hole. The more parts using substitution the greater the chance of messing up that part and compounding the issue if it didn't solve the problem. Good luck BTW.

The plus side is thAt the parts I didn’t need I can return and then others were originals my battery was from 99. One thing that’s strange is I have the blue driver and I ran it and it said ignition switch and I only had key turned to on position, then next time I tried after we changed the switch is it kept a shiny cannot run text not connected to vehicles that doesn’t make sense I literally said that
