You may want to look for a 73 through 79 F250 and grab the complete disk brake front end with the beams. You can probably refresh the factory stuff for less than a kit if one is available. I grabbed a 78 front end from a 78 and it was nearly a bolt-in. The reason to grab the beams is that the king pin diameters will vary and you could end up with spindles that don't match your beams. The 78 was a heavy duty and I had to change some of the steering linkage but if you take your time you can find one. The later years had better calipers but both single and dual piston calipers are available.
I agree with Gpatrick. I was surprised to find that my local junkyard had a bunch of f100 front ends that had stock disc brakes. I would go that route.
If you have a 44HD front axle there is not a kit around any longer. Blackbird used to make a kit but it is cheaper to get a 73 to 76 low pinion or a 77 to 79 high pinion axle in my opinion.
I’m not sure where you are located but I have a 69 f250 camper special that I’m dismantling and have the stock front end with disc brakes. Two piston calipers. Probably needs new rotors , Doug.

To me, that's the down fall of the F250 vs: the F100. Assuming it's a 2 wheel drive, you'll need to find a donor 1968-72 F250 with disc brakes. If you had a F100, they make kits all day long. I bought my 71' with disc brakes on purpose because I made that a priority, however, the 2 piston calipers are getting hard to find too and keep a spare set now. I would think you could find something in Cali, that's where my truck came from originally (San Jose).

I have a 1970 F250 with a Dana 60 rear full floater p/up I have already converted to 4x4 with disc in front. I have a 2002 Econoline Van Dana 60 Semi Float I swapped out to put a full float 60 in my van.
My question is can I use the 2002 van Semi Float rear disc brake parts to convert my 1970 F250 Dana 60 to Disk in the original 1970 D 60?
