Wow, I really hope I don't have to deal with that kind of wait.
The delivery to my dealer kept getting delayed until the EDD was after the date my Ford PCO would expire. I did not want to lock in the PCO on this truck until after I got to visually inspect the repair, so I cancelled it and ordered a 2nd truck. I don't know why the repair was accomplished at a dealer in Chesterfield, VA in lieu of my dealer in Newport News. Well, after I cancelled the 1st truck, it arrived at my dealer the very next day, so I took delivery of it and cancelled the 2nd truck. Can you say ping-pong?

That definitely sounds like a mess. I know the weather is not helping things right now and with more snow tomorrow who knows what's going to happen.
I hope they get the rail car back on the tracks soon because I want my damn truck!
Where do u live. We lived in Dickinson for 6 years. In 2013, our truck came thru town and we went and found the railcar. It moved on to Billings and trucked back to Bowman ND.
damn! That's my luck... refraining from texting my salesman. I want to, but I won't.
My salesman and I would exchange emails about once a week, on Friday morning, if that much.
But I would annoy the crap out of web sites and telephone robots!

I usually bug my dealer about once a week, and then cyberdman on the Blue Oval forum about once a week, so this way I get updates every 3 or 4 days
BTW, nice Heathkit. My first rig was a HW-16 crystal novice rig. But that was a VERY long time ago.
I don't know how you keep from going nuts. My wife thinks I'm off my rocker. I want to see the truck in real life. Is that too much to ask?
Hang in there.
What color is the truck? My 2020 is pearl white, it apparently was sitting at the rail yard for time as it was covered in rail dust. The entire truck had to be clay barred, waxed plus whatever else the body shop did. I contacted Ford about it as they have a warranty of sorts however they denied my claim because the body shop called for too many hours. I ended up paying almost 3500 to have the truck repaired as some parts were so bad they had to be painted. Point being, inspect every inch of the truck before you take it.
