We are going to offer up to a certain amount, and anything over that is up to them to pay for. Now with living in Florida right now, they have depleted their bank accounts because of cost of living. They won't have much to add to the cost of the event.

we have a small saving account for Calists wedding- I put $25 a paycheck in it. Not allot but it will help. My folks and my grandfolks left some monies for her college. Little kid has enough in those accounts to buy a new car/truck. so that will help her with school. The church has agreed to pay for her high school , to Kapaun next year, and i have been putting a little away for her first car (she pays 1/2 we pay 1/2). She is going to be in the middle of college about the same time as i want to retire. BUT with the way my 401 k has tanked in the last year I might have to work till I'm 66 instead of 62. :-( I don't really know if im going to live that long.

I wish so but i am becoming far to realistic -- having some pretty serious stuff in the last few years has changed my outlook.
