Ours wasn’t really a mini vacation but we took a 12 day road trip to Savannah GA and Charleston SC. We avoided the interstates and drove mostly 2 lanes and non interstate 4 lanes. It was great fun except driving around Atlanta. Traffic was crazy there. Trees were beautiful on the way there. Still nice but less so coming back.

We are going to make a mini vaca over Turkey week to go and see Maddie in FLA. sounds like she can get us tickets to Disney for a day, that is one day too much? We will visit the Kennedy Space Center, and Gatorland. Should be a good time.

Is she planning on working there through next year? We're going to be stopping at Disney World during next year's summer vacation, we'll have to keep an eye out for her if she's there!

She moved from Disney world to a different dept. She now is working for their Pet division. (for people who bring their pets to Florida with them, then pay way to much to have Disney employees watch them for the day. Anything from snakes, to dogs, to you name it, so long as it is not venomous.
