Overhead Console Temp Sensor

Hello...
I am looking for some actual pics of the mounted ambient air temperature sensor for the overhead console. I bought a console off of e-Bay and am doing the install now. I have a new sensor from the dealer and I'd like to know exactly where it mounts and if there is a bracket that is also required.
Also... any one know where I can get the connector for it (besides a junk yard) a part number would be helpful.

The bracket is there already. There should be a dummy plug there. The bracket is located in front of the radiator at the driver's side. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. I did look for a bracket of some kind but couldn't see anything. I can look again but I don't think it's there. I was also hoping the connector would already be in the harness somewhere... no luck there either.

overhead temp sensor

Does any one know what the wiring colors are for the temp senser. My 99 has tow wires that head that direction. One is black, the other one is green and yellow. They do not connect to anythng but run down the drivers side to just about the radiator?

make sure u hook up the speed sensor or the temp will not go up only down and what year explorer i did it in mine and works great
