That is your oil cooler assembly. Common leaking point. You can look up a reseal kit they’re like 20 bucks

Strange it just started instantly. Normally it’s progressive. The large o rings get old and brittle. Mine were like plastic when I pulled them out

thought it was strange as well, I’m an hour away from my regular mechanic and it’s leaking too bad to get it that way, I’ll have to take it somewhere local on Monday hopefully.

You really will want to make sure oe parts are used. Most aftermarket orings don't last .

If this just started that bad after the oil change you might want to check and see if the oil filter is loose or if they did not get the old oil filter gasket off before installing the new filter. Depends on where the oil is coming out from. from the pic it looks to be above the filter.

Definitely use oem or mahle gasket and oring kit the cheap part store ones do not last long at all. Been there done that along with seen several that where recently replaced with cheap ones.

A bit of a dirty job but not rocket science, take the time and drain all the antifreeze from the correct low points as noted in most of the write ups. I used a felpro kit, only been running it for 1 yr or so, but we don't get the crazy hot temps up here that would usually break down the cheap rubbers. Or I am lucky, which I would rather be than good.
