Trans flush fill diy?
How many would recommend a DIY trans flush/fill job for a 2005 6.0 Excursion? Or is it rather worth the labor cost in your opinion (those that have done their own) to have a shop do it?

I would be leery about having most shops do it. If they don't know about the thermostat in the trans they will run a lot of fluid through it without getting the old fluid out.
