99 F250 having issues
99 V10, p0300 p0401, runs great first thing in the am or first drive after sitting a while, but then starts to struggle with accelerating over 3k, losing power over 3k or under load. Revs fine and all day in park or neutral, but in gear struggles over 3k, sometimes 2500. Flat foot flooring it, still won't go over 3k with a load unless I'm going downhill, or it's that first few drives. What could it be? So far I'm rounding up fuel pump/filter, have to get pressure tested tomorrow.

P0401 is insufficient EGR flow. Very common code. You'll want to start diagnosing the EGR system first. Fuel delivery issues are generally not related to EGR codes.
Try Googling P0401 Ford V10 or something like that, there is a lot of good info out there already which shows step by step instructions on how to diagnose which part of the EGR system is faulting.
