For anyone wondering about the pcv valve replacement....book says plastic tabs will break off, I changed mine and the tabs didn't break, just got scraped up, change was very easy. Have 87000 miles and the ball wasn't stuck yet but I changed it anyway.
I don't understand a lot but I really don't understand the venting on the 6.2.
There is a PCV valve in the passenger side valve cover. There is also what looks to be a PCV valve but is actually a hollow tube on the driver's side valve cover; both of them are hooked up to the same place on either side of the intake.

I noticed that also. According to the book the drivers side puts fresh air into the combustion chamber and the pcv valve is an exit for combustion gases
