check engine light
Check engine light.
1995 Ford Ranger; 3.0L, 5-speed, 2 wheel drive, custom exhaust, superchip, K&N air intake. Truck runs good. New tune-up, EGR valve, IAC valve. My mechanic friend read Evap code. Replaced some vacumn lines. Reset light but comes back on after 15 miles. Reset light several more times but comes back on each time after driving first 15 miles. Sometimes light will go off by itself for an hour or even for a day or two but always comes back on. Any ideas???

What number code(s) are you getting? If you can be more sepcific about the trouble codes then you'll probably get better feedback.
