There’s at least one article/tutorial covering this same conversion , albeit on a y-block, out there somewhere. I thought it was on FTE, but not sure now.
Anyway, using small lengths of 3/8” threaded rod, nuts, washers, a sleeve that fits over the rod, and part of the original generator bracket, I did that mod on another truck, it worked well.If you can find that article, I’ll bet it can be replicated for your motor. Maybe on y-blocks forever? If I find it I will post a link.
