I’ll probably get some hate for this but I love the look of my 87 brick nose and I also love the Chevy350 just wondering what kinda engine swaps Everyone is doing and if there’s a kit for motor mounts and everything you would need to swap a 350 into a bricknose?
Also the sbf is no more expensive or difficult to find parts for than 350/SBC nowadays. I'm really not one to care much about brand loyalty, but at this point in history the idea of putting a 350 chebby in something that came from the factory with a 351w ford motor makes about as much sense as the opposite swap - i.e. no sense at all. The only possible way it makes sense is if the original engine is dead beyond repair and you have the other engine sitting on a shelf, already freshly rebuilt. Even then by the time you get done engineering all the custom pieces to make it fit and work, you're probably still money behind rebuilding the original engine.
