Dashboard language config
Hey!
I currently own a 2006 F250 Lariat Superduty and I'm having troubles switching the dashboard language (the one between speedo and tacho). I'm trying to switch from english to spanish, sometimes I borrow the truck to my dad and he doesn't read english.
The issue comes when I switch the language according to the user manual. Everything is OK until I stop the engine and sometime later when I turn the engine back on, the language is set back to english. Funny thing is that the rest of the parameters saves with no problem (units, automatic lights, et cetera). The only issue is the language.
Looks like the language parameter is not getting saved inside the memory, no matter what I do and no matter how many times I do the procedure described in the owners book. FYI the truck has brand new batteries, so power shortage can't be the problem. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a thread about this topic.
