Tymar Intake

I checked out the intake system because, well the old one in my 96' sucks! My only concern is water during driving rains. I've been in parts of the country were I've seen the rain go up, down, around, sideways and just stop in mid air. Ok well it didn't just stop. Which air filters would you guys suggest? K&N is out.

No rain problem with the Tymar. The Donaldson filter element is hydrophobic (sheds water) even if some should encroach into the engine compartment. Dale at Tymar is extremely helpful, sells this with a money back guarantee, and can probably answer any other truck questions you have at the same time. Had mine on the door 24 hours after speaking with him.

Mine was 109.99 + $10 shipping. Could have done it cheaper hunting around for the parts and such, but Dale made it real easy and safe, and he seems to be well worth supporting to me.

Good luck.
