Has anyone tried these from americantrucks yet? Just came in. Gonna see how they look. If I like them I’m gonna paint Original tips black before I slide these on. Just curious if there’s anyone that had bad experience with them.
Yeah that’s what’s throwing me off is how much bigger they flare out to. Here’s some quick pics. I didn’t slide all the way on because they a pita to get off.
Drinking a few cold ones staring at them. Starting to grow on me. Either way i would need to paint stock with high temp black if I use them but maybe I would like just the stock tips painted rather then the clamp on
As mentioned earlier, I went with high temp black paint and did my stock tips up to the resonator. So far, it has held up over past year and saved $ on tips and cutting factory hardware.

Actually...
They don't look too bad with them not slid all the way back.
So, if you just put them on that far, the oem vents are still open, and you could paint the ends of the stock pipes and they probably would look okay.
I might have to try a set after all.
Not looking to bad. I just wish they cam out same size without flare. Takes some getting used to. If it had a lift and offset wheels I think would be a compliment. Keeping her stock this time. Rv,kids, wallet. Lol
