I have the Weathertech's on mine. Solid Eh... They work fine and look good but I don't think they're made right. One the front windows the back flange toward the B-post is too long. Once it goes in the channel it sits too far back to allow the window to close correctly, there isn't enough give in the deflector for the window to roll passed it. That's my assumption anyway. I shaved the flange down, reinstalled them, and the back flange broke in half, leaving half as much flange as they came with. Worked prefect after that. Your mileage may vary.
I have had AVS and Weathertechs. The Weathertechs on my Civic Si are just fine.
I had them for both front and rear windows on my 2017 F-350 and I liked them. Them were a little tough to install at first (thought I would break them) and it took about a week for the windows to stop going back down when I rolled them up. The windows sense the resistance and will come back down when they are new but heat/ hot weather seems to help them adjust. I found that it helped to roll them up a little at a time when they are near the top to stop it from happening.
my experience with the Weathertech in channel wind deflectors on my f250 mirrors yours. They were a pain to put on, i felt like i was going to break them, and they windows were a pain to roll up for the few few months after install. the windows would sense something in the way and roll back down.
After they "seated" in, which took 2-3 mos, they work perfectly.
I have had them on all my other cars, and the f250 experience was radically different. Perhaps they make them thicker then the other makes? dunno.
In fairness I think that's true with all of them, all makes, in channel or not. Ford went to a lot of trouble to make the cab as "slick" as possible and then we muck it up with deflectors/shades. The greatest source of noise in my truck is wind, and even with that it's pretty danged quiet. In the Atlanta summer heat I hate getting into a hot vehicle so I put up with the noise.
[QUOTE=fool on the hill;20213078]I have a 2022 F350 CCLB scheduled to be built 1/26/22.I received a Weathertech gift card for Christmas and thought I would use it for a set of side window deflectors. Looking for any feedback- positive or negative on the Weathertech branded deflectors. Thanks, fool[/QUOTE
I have them on my truck in signature and love them!!! Easy install (no sticky tape) Have been on the truck for 3 years with 0 problems.

agreed. the main reason i put them on is snow/rain/water fall right onto the window switches every time i just crack the window open... also, when plowing i can crack the windows and hear what is going on, without worrying about my switches getting wet... :P
I received a set of the in channel Weathertech's as a gift. I installed them when it was about 85* outside and left my windows up for a few days per the instructions. The back deflectors hit when operating the windows up and down, but I figured I'd give it some time and maybe they would form to the window frames. Recently I rolled the back window down and the deflector fell out of one side and slid down a little on the other side. I see some people have good luck with them but it's not the case with me. I think I'll be trashing mine or just leave the front ones in which may look funky.

My windows kept hanging up on the front 1s, so I took those off and only have the back 1s left.
I have had mine since 2019 and love them. No issues. Just have to follow the directions and let them sit for a few days in the sun to let the weather-stripping adjust.
