Under dash 30 amp fuse lower right-hand side of fuse box 2000 lariat 4x4 5.4.
Blows fuse, undid the radio caps on the engine, and now NO power to fuse that sends power to the underhood fuse box to let the PCM and all that get power to work.
Does not make sense and you can rehook caps and still no power. Other fuses have power over them. I am beginning to think that the bands inside the fuse box are broken, or corroded to the point of no power crossing over them, as you can stick M Meter in, and still no power or the GEM has gone bad.
The engine will turn over, but will not start as the PCM, fuel, and all that is not getting power from under the dash, and the code reader will not read the ECM or PCM.
Any ideas?

Review your thread from July regarding same issue.
Check feed from ignition switch - fuses F29 & F30 should both be HOT IN START/RUN.
If both are dead, there's an issue getting power from the switch. Could be the switch, wiring, or internal to the fusebox - more pinpoint diagnostic work would be needed.
If F30 supply is dead but F29 is HOT, then there is an internal open circuit in the fuse box.
