I am in the process of looking at a couple Excursion limited's. Most seem to have,at least, damaged driver bottom leather seats. Where is the best place to get new leather covers? Prefer to be as original as possible. Thanks.
Richmond Auto Upholstery is the best place I've found hands down. They're not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, and their quality/ color match is great. I used a different place for the passenger side seat bottom on the EX recently to save a few bucks, wish I had gone with Richmond now.
Richmond is what I got. I have had my X for 17 years. I have replaced the driver seat and back cushions with Richmond products. Good quality and perfect fit. I’m looking at replacing the seat cushion again in the next couple of years. There’s no tears in the cushion, just shows wear and cracks.
Tried to save a few bucks when doing the passenger seat bottom in the Excursion and ordered a cover off Amazon. As you can see the color is a little off from matching the OE seat back, wish I would’ve used Richmond, but I plan on covering all three rows with durable canvas seat covers soon anyway.
