I have joined this group for selfish reasons; mainly because I have just purchased a 1967 F100 Short Bed for restoration and will be picking your brains, I am sure.
BACKGROUND: Mechanic for 23 years, including building my own shop. I am more of a "Stock" mechanic, not into hot rods and power crazy. I always had Ford truck in the business and two of my favorites were a 1964 and a 1969. The 1981 was OK. So I am familiar with Fords. I sold the business in 1988 and the shop in 1993. Just having fun since that.
I found this 1967, no rust, 352 (not sure if an FE yet) with no transmission, but very straight, body wise. So lots of work ahead and lots of questions to answer, maybe.
Great to be on board. My motto...."Keep Moving". Which I have been doing for 77 years.
