Yes the I beams are the same for 250 and 350
Ford was the source I say was because they are most likely obsolete parts
That said I am sure you can find new ones if you want to spend some big money
It is the wrecking yard now if you want cheap

Are you saying the I Beams are the same for the E150 and E250, for the same years?
Not 150 and 250 I don't think but
The 250 and 350 are the same I believe. The ball joints too for 250 and 350
Yes talking about Econoline. Wrecking yard could say interchange for sure

I called 2 different dealers and they told me the as long as they are the same year(s) the E150 and E250 use the same I beam but everwhere I look online says otherwise. I just checked and it looks like the balljoints might be the same for the E150 through E350 but Ive always thought they were larger on the 250 and 350.
Nonetheless, I may have found a drivers side I beam from a 1995 E150 that will work for me.
Thanks manic.
The E-150 I-Beams would most likely be different from the E-250/E-350 especially for that year---double and triple check that!
Check eBay for a NOS part with that number--you'd be surprised what pops up there more often than you might initially think.
Why do you need new I-Beams?
Yes I have a feeling they are different even though two different Ford dealers gave me the same axle/ I beam part number for the E150 and E250.
Ive been all over Ebay and online looking, I did manage to find the passenger side.
My Van got hit and the drivers side I beam got bent. It wasnt that bad of an accident, air bags on either vehicle didnt deploy and no injuries. I was able to drive home about a mile. It does not feel like the spindle is damaged because the wheel turns fine, theres no scraping or odd sounds while I was driving it and the brakes work fine but the drivers side wheel is bent inward pretty bad due to the bent I beam, so I cannot drive it.
I crawled under and inspected everything a couple times and the only damage I can see is the bent beam. . I know there could be a dozen different things that could have got damaged Im hoping its just the I beam.

Rather than "hope" find some way to verify the I-Beam is indeed bent--as you say there could be other suspension or frame parts affected by the collision. In what axis is the driver's wheel "bent inward", camber or toe-in? Is the wheel itself bent?

Its the I beam that is bent for sure, I can see it. (I am surprised the I beam bolt did not snap) I crawled under with a flashlight and tape measure and checked things out. It doesnt even look like the shock or spring tower is bent, thats what I thought would have collapsed first.
The wheel is bent in like negative camber, and stays in that position, when I drove it, The wheel did not change angles so It looks like the wheel and the spindle are not bent, from what I can tell.
Thanks.
Supposedly the I-Beams interchange with E150, 250, 350 From 1992 - 2007 I myself wouldn't trust this information though unless I had parts in hand to compare side by side There are all kinds of used Ebay parts, F2UZ3006AAxle Beam, Right
I Was able to find the Ibeams for a 1994 E150 and they are on the way. I purchased both just in case the passenger side one is damaged but it does not
look to be, I was also able to source a used nut and bolt for the E150 Ibeam as well.
Trying to locate these parts was a chore. I did get one good bit of information from a Ford dismantler here is So. Cal. He told me that the E250 and E350
will not work because the spindles sit higher and I had to use a E150, right off the top of his head so he seeemed to know what he was talking about.
That explains why they always seem to sit taller than mine. Ive always wondered why my van was so low to the ground.
I also purchased new ibeam bushings and a set of radius arm bushings and hardware.
I just hope that when my mechanic inspects it he does not find any surprises.
I forgot to mention, I was able to find the Ibeams through a website called Uneedapart.com. This website sends the info you provide to wrecking yards across the country and if any have the part you are looking for they contact you directly. It took two days to find the ibeam I needed.
