.....01 5.4L with 212k.....Ive got a longer than normal crank time which only does it from cold start. Doesnt do it when you shut it off and restart 10 min later. Used Torque app....no codes....I DO have:

I’d definitely hit the schrader valve with a fuel pressure check. I’m thinking the pressure regulator is bleeding off over some time, but you’d find that with said test.
Yeah, it's likely a pressure leakdown problem. Torque (or a scan tool) probably isn't going to help you with that type of issue.
Quick check is, after an extended shutdown that should trigger the symptom, to cycle the ignition from OFF to RUN (not START), wait 3 seconds, then switch it back to OFF. Repeat several times then hit it to the START position. If the engine fires up immediately, that usually confirms the leakdown thesis.
