Anyone use the Dynomax 7" diameter round mufflers? Are they any different sounding or performing than the oval mufflers? It seems like the round muffler will connect easier to my existing pipes than the oval ones with offset in/out tubes.
If so, I dont have one yet, but check back in six months or so
The hook-up ease is why I'm looking at them too. The only problem is that it won't be on my Ford (well, if I can find a good enough deal it may be). It shouldn't work much different than an oval, it may even be a bit more mellow, since they can be made quite a bit longer. I'm planning on a big ***** (the one that's 29" long, 7" diameter and 2 1/2 in/out) because it's going to be on a six, and I don't want it to sound ricey. What's it going on?
