That is for non- Flex-Fuel gas engines which I guess must exist even if I haven't seen any.

The 7.3L gas is NON Flex-Fuel in the F series trucks

I run a bottle of Amsoil P1 through each vehicle at oil change time. For most of our vehicles this equals 1 time a year (5k mile OCI).
