Anyone know what size these are to retain a starter to it? I am guessing M10 area as this transmission is metric, but who knows as I am bringing this truck back to life.

Good stuff, thanks guys. I could not seem to turn up much via a search, guess I am just that poor at it. On the upside my 4.9 runs again after 15 years of sleep.
Awesome news and good to hear.......5 more years asleep and you coulda knicknamed it Rip Van Winkle.......LOL
Make sure you show it some love with some new oil , a new fuel filter with transmission fluid in the gas in both tanks to lubricate and free-up the fuelpumps and the fuelinjectors , flush the old antifreeze out and replace the thermostat and a do fresh tune-up..Then inspect the brakelines and replace any brakeline thats super dryrotted super rusty and suspect looking..........
After a vehicle has sat as long as yours I always caution people to be prepared to be flushing the rad and changing the thermostat and antifreeeze, dropping the gastanks and changing out the fuelpumps as they will slowdown and slowly crap out plus start to run hot and overheat so dont stray away too far from home until you do..
Oldest vehicle I brought back from a long slumber was my old 1913 Harley Davidson I got back in 1999........Made a huge profit on it too....
