15a blown but not sure what it’s for

 

Hi Chris. I remember reading a post that Ford used the same fuse block for quite a few years. I looked at my 1981 EVTM and the "fuse block itself" is the same on the 79 and 81. I can not say for sure about the wiring but it appears to be the same also as the fuses are the same amperage.
Here is a page from my EVTM. I copied the fuse block, turned it upside down, and pasted it under the original diagram because you have to read it upside down!

Let me know if this diagram is correct. According to the diagram the blown fuse in #11... Turn signals, windshield washer, and backup lights

Check to see if your turn signals, windshield washer, and backup lights are working.. They should not be..Something caused the fuse to blow.

It does include E100 -E350 though it is not in the title. If published by the same company my 85 and 88 van manuals are from. It includes all the F series and Bconco because there is a lot of overlapping information as many of the parts were interchangeable and many of the repair producers are the same..
