Transit Van seat in an E350?

If you've ever driven a transit Van you'll know their seats are more "fitting" and modern. Much more comfortable in my opinion. The e350 feels more like a couch/lazy boy, soft. But I actually prefer a firm seat.

Is it possible to add a transit Van seat and get rid of the old one? Has anyone here done it?

1000's post!

I'm with you.
Kids have grown out from those benches and needs headrests too..

Use old quick connect frames with new seats..?
Or fab custom brackets and bolt through the floor..?

I found that the front seats in a Transit weren't as large as those in the E series. At 6'2" and 250+ pounds, the E350 seats seem nicer to me. The rear seats in a Transit don't seem like they were designed for full size adults.
