General maintenance items would probably help a lot. It likely has some exhaust drive pressure leaks and boost leaks by this point.
Add a set of bellowed uppipes and Riffraff billet wheel to your turbo along with a Hydra tuner.
Or as SBRF150 said, a T4 kit with 363/68 is pretty nice but it all depends on your end goals and budget. If you’re not towing heavy much then you’d likely be happy with the MST.
There’s no comparison between tuned and stock. So if you’re just looking a little more pep then the MST, uppipes, and tuner even with your stock injectors may get you to your happy place.
mine was a DOG. Huge leaks on original uppipes. Changed that. Added Riff raff wheel and a hydra and my wife and kids literally screamed when I got on it first time with them in the truck without letting them know what was done. And that was just on the 60hp Tune. Whole new truck with tunes and boost leaks fixed.
WARNING. PMS ( powestroke modification syndrome) may set in after.
I had 160/0’s once with a 38r and it ran good. Not 400hp but good. I think bitterroot is right with 160/30’s and a drop in would be a solid setup on a excursion.

When I say 400, I'm talking flywheel, not to the wheel. I took it in, there were a ton of oil leaks they fixed. Ended up going with a wicked wheel, hydra and new hpop for now. Gonna get a new tranny next trip, injectors, glow plugs and see how she feels. The new hpop and hydra gave it a good feel for now.
Do you know what wheel specifically they put in your turbo? The "Wicked Wheel" is fine, but something like the RiffRaff 4+4 would have been even better. The main draw of the old wicked wheel was eliminating surge, with a minimum increase in performance. I notice also that you are not far from me. Good to see SW Oklahoma representing!
Ngl the new hpop was probably a waste of money. Unless the OEM unit was actually grinding itself to death a new one will net you nothing in HP.
Injectors should be considered alongside the turbo. They need to match each other. These 2 are the most important choices you will make as far as how the truck performs. A Wicked Wheel 2 will flow more than the OEM unit and will support moderate injectors, from what I understand.
The trans needs to stand up to the HP level. So a typical rebuild with billet disc convertor might be fine with WW2 and say 160/0 injectors, but there are tougher options like BTS.
Life would be simple with a Stage 1 package, so some folks will try to sell such a thing. But it does not really exist. Each person's intended use and budget open up way too many variables. Even choice of wheel size factors in.

just was told the wicked wheel. Was what we went with for my dad's 12-14 years ago too when he had his. It was more for a rebuild because my bearings were crapping out.

there was a pretty aggressive leak at the hpop. I wanted to replace it while they were there rather than deal with it later.
Yes, injectors, turbo and new glow plugs will all be in at the same time as an upgraded transmission. When I was "in the game" ats was the beat there was. Their stage 3 should be more than I need. BTS seems to be the talk of the forums now though.
