Permanent fix ?

All of my problems have been fixed for 2500 miles now and the truck is running great. My question is have these fixes been permanent is this an on going thing? I have had 2 injectors as well as the turbo replaced and the software flashed and am not having problems now. I am wanting to go on a long trip in a short time and am afraid I am going to get caught and not able to get back. Give me some feedback please.

I have never had a rough idle other than when the 2 injectors had to be replaced. I had injectors leaking to the point that my oil was thinned out by diesel fuel. The turbo had to be replaced as a result of that. They reflashed when they had it in the shop for the turbo. I sure would like to know what the thinned oil did to my main bearings in the engine. Reguardless the truck is and has been running fine now for about 2500 miles.
