I have a '79 free wheeling f250 4x4 my dad bought new. I love the interior. just know nothing black/silver/red is reproduced so it's all going to have to be custom.
Here it is. The outside, like the interior, is original. However before too much longer I will have to re paint it. The paint is starting to get thin and is checking in places.
Nope, just an upolstry fabric I found online while looking for something to change it up a little. I added the steering column cover as well, just not in the picture.
I really like the t/c lever and boot assembly. Looks oem.
Thanks. That was quite the undertaking, putting a manually shifted Superduty transfercase in a 40 year old truck and grafting the shifter into the side of the trans hump with no example to follow was daunting
Mines certainly not the nicest, but it has some amenities like Bluetooth radio, heated seats, bed linered floor, mini tachometer, NOS cigarette lighter, lit ash tray and glove box, tint and the bottom half of a saddle blanket cover I cut this weekend.
I know they are hated (with good reason lol) but my drivers seat is really torn up and the rest of my seat is so perfect, I don’t want to throw all the good away yet
