Hand written sticker is probably from a company that added utility box/flatbed/whatever. I own a minivan modified with a wheelchair conversion, and it has a handwritten tire sticker applied over the Toyota original sticker.
Wow, never seen a hand written sticker before! But who would have a blank sticker and why would it be de-rated? Does this truck have custom wheels, or a special dealer package?
Well, if it was ordered as a chassis cab, I assume that it was shipped to a second manufacturer that would add whatever box was put on there. That would explain the "incomplete vehicle" sticker from Ford.
The second manufacturer got the unfinished chassis cab, installed the big heavy utility box (or whatever) on it, and then calculated remaining payload with that heavy thing in place. That explains the low payload and hand written sticker.
Then at some point between then and me purchasing it, the owner decided they'd rather have a normal truck, and swapped out for a regular 8ft bed. They should have uprated the stickers at that point, but I can imagine that would be a bit of a pain in the butt so they opted to skip it.

...it would have been even higher than 3180lb on sticker if it was originally a complete pickup. Payload on sticker would have been based on curb weight with a full tank and no occupants. At this point none of that matters, you got your scaled weight and other pertinent factors.
I would remove that hand written sticker. It doesn’t even apply anymore with the standard bed on it. You have 3,180 payload which sound right.
The actual payload should include the passengers and equipment, right? I think that would probably put it closer to 3600-3800, which makes sense when compared to the Ford spec sheets (which say 3910)
I bet actually not technically a chassis cab, but a pickup box delete.
Chassis cab comes with a straight rail frame, so mounting a pickup box on it would be a problem.
