2007 explorer idle
4.0
has a bad idle
threw codes p0306 and p2270
replaced plugs and reset and only p2270 came back
scanner said my fuel trims are
shrt1 +16.4
lng1 -10.9
shrt2 -.08
lng2 -8.6
couldn’t find any vacuum leaks
maf clean
engine make a rattle like a spray paint can around 2000rpm when hot
has a bad idle

Do you have access to a scan tool with datastream/live data mode so you can monitor the signal of the Bank 1 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor related to the P2270 diagnostic code?
The first thing that comes to mind regarding your description of the noise around 2000 rpms is a catalytic converter heat shield with broken welds. You may want to crawl under the Explorer when the exhaust is cooled down and bang your fist on the catalytic converters to see if you can replicate the sound from one of the heat shields. If so, one inexpensive solution is to procure a really large hose clamp (auto parts and farm supply stores often carry these) to place around the heat shield to secure it in place.
