The folks at Oreillys said the Ozium is the best out there and proven, so Ill give it a try and see. So I turned ac on high and turned off recirculating. Sprayed this stuff through the vents near to the engine hood. It definitely made its way inside the cabin. I let it run for about 2-3 minutes. I then turned on ac recirculation and sprayed it towards the passenger floor board. I let the truck run in circulation mode for about five minutes. I then went back inside the truck and sprayed some more towards the passenger floor and immediately turn the truck off.
You can definitely smell the sanitizer or whatever kind of alcohol they are using in the stuff as it is pretty potent. hopefully this Ozium smell is gone by morning time. I probably uses 1/2 can during this process.
New filter will be installed also. The guy told me I will lose air flow due to the hepa feature. Anyone run into this issue?
I have/had this issue with both my 2010 F150 and 2021 F250. I found that turning the recirculate off or at least a few minutes prior to parking will stop the odor. I think having the fresh air intake open helps it dry out when parked.
The Ozium spray seemed to have worked for about a month. Within the last week I started getting the vinegar smell again.
do I have any other options here?

Re-read the thread and eliminate the cause, it's the only way it will end.
