That hasn’t been my experience. I had a build week of 11/1 which came and went with no communication from Ford until Wednesday when they sent me an email saying my build week had changed to 12/6. I think Poncho450 has good reason to be concerned about his build date being pushed back.
Maybe it'll work to my advantage if the shareholder X Plan knuckleheads keep ignoring me. My Mustang Club 90 day wait will kick in near the end of February.
A call to the Ford Partner Plan number reveals that they're continuing the holiday and are closed.
I got the number I posted from the Ford Partner x-plan website under the frequently asked questions page.
And, not at all surprised that they would be closed today, but they should be there monday after 9 a.m. eastern time.
Not who you are asking, but I have in my notes that when I called, it was 800-348-7709. Guess I'm calling in Monday...
Chris
That's OK, I appreciate any input.

I probably should have assumed they'd take a long weekend. Can't blame them for that. But Monday it shall be.
Poncho,
I just got off the phone with (877)975-2600. 48 minute wait on hold, talked to a lady, she contacted someone and gave me my pin.
Seems they changed. Left voicemails before, now just waite and they answer.
Good luck all.

I replied on your other thread. Still in limbo for the moment but at least it's been brought to someone's attention.
Looks like the number I found was a good one.
At least y'all got ahold of a live person and they will get it handled for you hopefully.
Yeah, I didn't experience the wait that superdutyal did. Less than a minute I was chatting with Nicole. Hopefully I'm on the road to getting the PIN.
Edit: As soon as I finished typing the above reply I got the email. I now have my PIN. Current week is the scheduled build week. Probably won't happen by the tone of posts I've seen here but at least I'm ready for when it does happen.
I called in to the number that I had mentioned (800-348-7709). Waited for 5-10 minutes and then got somebody. They put me on hold again for a few minutes while they "checked on it" and then came back on the line to say that it was in-process and to call back in Wednesday if I hadn't heard anything. Got the email an hour later with the PIN.
So, I guess either number works, but since my person had to put me on hold to check in with someone else, perhaps the other number is the best one to call. For all I know, they called the other number to check on it for me!

The woman I spoke with never put me on hold. She asked me to stay on the line while she tried to get some info after she took some information from me. Then I remained on the line but not on hold while she contacted her supervisor via text or email.
She then informed me that they were backed up but I should hearing soon. We hung up after that and I was skeptical that much would happen. 20 or so minutes later I had an email with PIN.
