question about the shift linkage on a 83 f100. Was a 3 on the tree, converted to a floor shifter. I have a question about a specific part, shown in the photograph attached. What is this called? It is a. Extension for the shifter, and allows you to go between R/1 and 2/3. I believe the pins are really worn making it difficult to find the gears
