Ordered my 2022 Lariat today with the Lariat Value package basically to get the conditioned seats and remote start. Added the LED marker lights. Considered adding the LED head and tail lights but when I did it defaulted to the Lariat Ultimate Package at a cool $4k ish. No thank you. My question is what is the best way and product to upgrade the halogen head and tail lights to LED?

Well, you’ll spend half of that or more to upgrade with aftermarket, and not as good of quality as stock. 4K, for all LED lights and more equipment might make it worth it.

When I upgraded my aftermarket with all LED lighting, it still ended up costing like 3k. Aftermarket lights like George said I found not to be the greatest comparatively. My 22 I ordered I ended up getting the ultimate package just for that reason alone.

I personally don’t have much experience with just led bulbs, I did the entire aftermarket housings. Bulbs certainly exist after a quick search, and I’m sure it can’t be that hard to just do an upgrade of them?
Headlight Revolution has the Morimotos led headlight for 20% off. i just ordered the XB headlights and fog lights for $203.52 less than the headlights normally cost alone.
I looked and even though I probably wont do it (I decided I like the shiny halogens) the Morimotos are the way to go since they keep the halogen running lights and require little modifications.

I see they sell in sets of 2. Don’t I need 2 per side or are they only the low beam?

save yourself the grief of taking apart a new truck to only save maybe $1200 after all said and done. While led bulbs do exist they don’t have the same pattern and quality of a light meant to have the led. You’ll also get a little more in trade/sale down the road having the ultimate instead of aftermarket stuff that in the real world devalues the truck To a dealer.
