forscan help

Hi guys, I have been using forscan on my last couple truck with great success. Ive used the spreadsheets to get the code changes and life is good. My question is, how do you figure out what module to change when its not listed? My dad wants me to disable the auto start/stop on his 21 explorer and dont see that on any spread sheet on the explorer forum. Im asking here because the f150 spread sheet seems to be the largest. Just hoping someone that has helped develop these changes and point me in the right direction.

Wouldn't it be faster to just open each module and read the list of items that can be changed until you find what you are looking for?

Open in forscan with vehicle connected? Or are you talking about the spreadsheet?

Yes, open modules in FORScan when connected to vehicle and use the plain english menu /list instead of cells which you need a spreadsheet for.

Forscan speadsheets are not compatible with other vehicles. Using an F150 spreadsheet on another ford vehicle can result in some big issues. There has been very limited information for forscan on the explorers. I have been looking myself due to having a friend whose trying to do the same as you. Wait until a spreadsheet is issued, will be sooner than later.

I did a little digging yesterday and found a video that showed how to use the plain English way. Good to know. Thanks
