Greetings all. Recently became the owner of my second Ford truck. Had a 92 Ranger STX back in the day. Had a 12 Ram 2500 quad cab, 6.7 with the 6 speed manual before also. Anyways, I picked this truck up because I’ve always been partial to Ford and I needed something to haul my asphalt late model. It’s a 2000 Limited 6.8 4x4. Estate Green with medium parchment leather interior. Got it with 138k miles, which from what I’ve found is pretty low for any year of these trucks. So far I’ve put Warn premium hubs on it and rims/tires from a ~15/16 super duty on it. Has the typical rocker and dog leg rust being a PA and WV vehicle. I’d like to find a Kenne Bell kit for it, swap the axles and running gear to ‘10 year, and find something better than the 4 speed auto in it. Maybe a 6R140 or a ZF6 manual.
