New style standpipe failure

Finally chased down a leak in the high pressure oil system. Turned out to be a standpipe o-ring that I replaced last fall (~25k miles ago). It was the Oring that seals between the two halves of the standpipe.

Is there something I did wrong or why did it fail so quickly? This is the new style with backup rings.

Also did you put fresh oil on all the rings before installing them?
I do wish you could buy them separately. I haven’t found them yet.
