Does anyone have any pictures of a 1973 Ford Truck build sheet? I found mine on the back side of my fuel tank/cab. I've found a few 1974s and other years on this site. I'm trying to recreate one. Thanks for any help! I've attached some pics of my build sheet although it's in poor shape.
Check under floor mat/carpet, also have found them up in seat springs and behind door panels. They were intended to be thrown away after the assembly person looked at it for his/her parts to be installed. Several were printed for each vehicle. If your a assembly person and you only have 60 seconds to bolt on a door or install a gas tank, you don't have time to remove line sheet an take it to waste basket. I have found 3 of them in 1 car once. Twice when working at body shop I looked and found build sheet, both vehicles were fleet order special color paint. Paint supplier and color code was denoted on the line sheet.
Interesting. I pretty much have it blown apart, but I have not completely disassembled the bench seat yet. Maybe another is hiding in there. Thanks for the information.
