cold weather blues
i have a 97 150 4x4 4.6 auto with 44000 miles when the temp drops below 30 degrees it starts then dies then i turn it over again it fires right up. its got a k&n filter & dyna max exhaust

Hi yogi and welcome to the forum 
It sounds like you might have an IAC (Idle Air Control) valve problem. You can try cleaning it with some carb cleaner or throttle body spray but you might be better off replacing it.
