Blue Tooth Phone Issue
Every so often when making a call it will only half connect. I say a name and it will pull it up and screen says connected. I won't hear it dial and cannot hear person on other end, people think I butt dialed them. I have a hard time disconnecting too, had to pull over and shut phone off to disconnect. If I dial using phone it works fine. Is it phone or truck? If it makes a diff, I have a flip phone that wok provides for me. Thanks. This is frustrating.

It may have something to do with the phone - flip phones are arguably not very good when it comes to connectivity of any kind.
I have not seen this issue on any of the trucks we've had in the last 3-4 years with smartphones.
