CeL codes POOBD and P054e

I'm getting these codes now. Truck seems to run fine regardless but still concerned. Fully deleted. Running MDP non vgt turbo with AMDP SOFL tunes. Codes pop up when I get into the boost. Truck is a 2013 f250 running in COLORADO. Research shows mass air flow on the 1st sp I'm not terribly concerned about that but the other shows possible low pressure fuel pump. Any pointers to actually find the issue?

If your truck has a bunch of miles the fuel pump might be getting weak, I don't know much about diesels but maybe weak ump, filters becoming slightly clogged?? A suggestion would be to plug in a scanner and watch your live data. I'm sure the more knowledgeable folks will chime in soon.
