460 valve covers

Does anyone here have Ford Performance Parts M-6582-C460 valve covers? If so, would you post photos of the underside of the flange, and the baffle?

I've got a set of fabricated aluminum valve covers on my 502, and I'm not at all happy with them. The flanges do not mate well to the cylinder heads. Less than half of the gasket is actually pressed between the flanges. I've been through three different type gaskets, and all have leaked at high rpm. Cork and rubber gaskets deform badly on the narrow contact areas, and they pour oil as the gasket compresses over a few days. Currently I have a set of Moroso steel core rubber gaskets, and there's only one tiny spot where one cover seeps. But I fear they will eventually develop bad leaks, because so little of the gasket is actually in contact with the flanges.

Can't answer your question, and it seems like you need new covers. However, I asked local guru Dave McClain for some bulletproof valve cover gaskets, and he pointed me to these:
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/CGT-C5205-125 (the photo is not correct for our heads, but the gaskets I received are right)
I have not installed them - I was concerned that when I recently pulled the covers, I would destroy a gasket, and wanted to be ready - but not the case, so these new ones still hang on my wall. The gaskets are 1/8" thick and quite rigid - I'm not sure if they'll seal, but they definitely won't squeeze out. Might be worth a try.

Thanks Wayne. I considered those. I'm not gonna spend more money trying gaskets. One more set, and I could have bought new valve covers.

My thoughts for sure.
Anyone get you a pic of Ford Performance Parts M-6582-C460 valve covers? You just want to verify that they'll fit better than what you've got?

I need to see the flange. That'll tell me if the entire gasket is compressed between cylinder head and valve cover flange, instead of the 1/3 I get from my current valve covers.
