Since you're seeing an RPM of 2, it is clearly the crank sensor, crank sensor pig tail, crank sensor wiring, Crank sensor PCM connection pins broken, or PCM.

Sorry, Just saw your message. I’ve been out. Going to check the pins today/wiring. I may even take the sensor back to o’Reillys and call Ford and get one from them. We do have a dealership about 30 min. from me.
Thanks Bryan
Hey Guys,
I have been looking for pin position 30 & 41 to check to see if the wiring is good/bad for the Crankshaft Position Sensor. I take it would be found on the middle harness? If anyone has a pic. they could post showing the pins it would help me a bunch since I cant read wiring diagrams. Thank You
Ok, I checked the wires at the pins, got a reading of 00.6 ohms. I took out the Crank Position Sensor and got the same reading. Bad sensor? I’m saying yes but before I drive to town I would like to get a second.
Thanks

That sounds like it's in the neighborhood of correct. I'm out now and don't have any references with me. You should be able to search and find what it should be. Or, one if the 5b guys in this forum that have it memorized can respond.

I heard that, mine are brittle. Guess I’ll go ahead and buy the other two since I have two thumbs on ea. Hand 🥴

Thanks
Full retail on the OEM crankshaft sensor (CKP) is $50 at a dealership. You shouldn't have to pay more than that (and it can be had for $37 from dealerships that do internet business). Clearly you didn't get it at a dealership, so, even though it was expensive, it could be aftermarket.

"To troubleshoot the ckp sensor: Check the resistance between the connector on the PCM Pin 30 (harness side) and Pin 41 (harness side). Resistance should be 300-400 ohms. The CKP reading you should be getting from the CKP sensor, is between 150 to 200Hz, directly proportional to engine cranking RPM when the engine is cranked over"
Per Mark. Mine raed 340 something ohms.
