Camber bushing missing

Camber bushing missing
Has anyone else experienced this? My alignment was off a bit, slight pull to the right and noticed the driver side tire was wearing on the inside tread. I went to get the alignment done and find out the driver side camber bushing was gone. The truck is a 2019 2wd single wheel F350.
