DRL Not Working

On the dash instrument cluster, the Daytime Running Lights box is checked but there are no lights. Anyone else having this problem or am I overlooking something?

As an aside I hooked up my 7,700 GVW (6,500 net weight) and towed it to the inspection station and the 7.3 was fantastic. Can’t wait to take an extended trip. I’m excited because I waited 5 months for this jewel. Cheers

No. The manual doesn't say anything about being in auto mode.

LED, or halogen? I know the LED drl's only come on when the switch is set to auto and shifted out of park. Halogen may be the same.

I have LEDs and I was shifted into Drive. All the other vehicles I've owned including a 2020 F150 with LEDs have not required auto mode. I don't understand.

Not sure what to tell you but here is the DRL section from the manual. Also, the DRL's are only the outer portion (bars) of the headlight (unless that has changed in recent years).

I knew it had to be set to auto, hadn't recalled that it had to be out of park.
